Although it has not officially been announced on this blog, I think everyone knows that we are expecting Baby Peterson #2! This post is WAY overdue, considering I am now half way through this pregnancy. So far the pregnancy has been fine. I do not have gestational diabetes like I did when I was pregnant with Hannah. This is a HUGE praise because I was really hesitant to become pregnant again because I didn't want to have to deal with that. I will be tested again in a few weeks and we are hoping it stays away! One down side is that because of the diabetes with Hannah, I always went to a specialist for sonograms and testing. They had really high tech equipment hooked up to huge plasma TV's that were mounted on the wall. Everything was so clear and we got to see her in 3-D almost every week. Since I don't have diabetes this time, I just go to the regular OB for sonograms, which are not as clear. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT complaining- but it would be cool to see this baby in HD.
I can officially no longer fit into my regular pants, my skin already feels really stretched out, and I look much fatter. My body does weird things when I am pregnant and instead of gaining weight, I actually lose it. My doctor has recommended I drink milkshakes and increase my calories. That shouldn't be a hard request to fulfill. So, although I look (and feel) like I have gained 30 pounds, I haven't. We had our 20 week ultrasound on Tuesday and everything looked perfect. The baby is measuring right on track. We decided to go for a surprise and not find out what we are having this time! Now we begin the name game. Please pray for us as we decide what to name this child. We used the ONLY name Kyle and I both agreed on when we named Hannah. So, we may be in for a long haul when deciding the name of this baby!

There's hope for you guys! haha Callan was the only name we agreed on, too. But somehow we managed to agree on Kinsley, too. We find that God gives much clarity the week before you deliver. haha We must be good at making last minute decisions. :)
Is it just me or does the legs and feet picture look like BOY legs and feet? I'm just saying!
P.S. If you do have a boy this time you can tap into a whole new set of names ... that's one of the best parts!
The only thing I got was the praying hands. that I could figure out. That is great. almost too much fun. Love you all.
What's up with picture #2? It looks like Huck is holding something in his feet. Maybe a toothbrush? How did he get that in there???
