9 Months Old!

Hannah is 9 months old today. In true form, she was not too interested in having her picture taken with Pooh Bear. I have posted a picture from each month so you can see how much she has grown. Her 9 month stats will be up next week when we get back from our trip!

8 Months Old

Yesterday Hannah turned 8 months old. She continues to be very busy. She is learning new things every day and unfortunately most of her learning come s with a price. She is constantly hitting her head and falling down. She is very tough though and doesn't cry much despite the bruises. If you look closely you can see one on her head. She hit the edge of the coffee table! Here are some pictures of my silly girl with her Pooh Bear! Do you notice the hair?? It is starting to grow a little bit...very slowly!

Six Month Pooh Pictures

I know these are a few weeks late, but they were actually taken on September 3rd (when Hannah turned 6 months old). I had to take about 30 pictures just to get a few good ones. Every time I pointed the camera at her she opened her mouth and closed her eyes (see the last picture)

I laughed so hard when I came downstairs and saw this. Since Hannah is scootching all over the place we have been laying down a big blanket for her to play on. Yesterday she had on those cute little jeans that are STILL too big (they are 3 month size!). She scootched right out of them!

Hannah went to her first Redskins game. She was very interested in what was going on. She didn't seem to mind the noise at all!

Kyle's diploma came! (It really is inside this case!) He officially has his Master's Degree. Yea!

4 Months Old!

Hannah is four months old today! We managed to get a picture not only without tears, but actually smiling with Pooh Bear!

4 Month Stats:

Weight: 12 lbs 1 ounce (10th Percentile)

Height: 23 1/2 inches (12th Percentile)

Head Circumference: 16 1/2 inches (47th Percentile)

Hannah continues to be a constant source of joy and entertainment for both of us. We don't know what we ever paid attention to before she was born! She is smiling every day and has even laughed out loud. The doctor said she can start solids without worrying about food allergies but that most 4 month olds are quite ready. I think we are going to hold off for another month before she starts cereal...unless she decides she is too hungry! She is a little on the small side, but Dr. Kaplan said she is following her growth curve beautifully. She still mostly wears her 0-3 month clothes but some things are starting to get too small and she can wear a few of her 3-6 month clothes. Hannah did much better with her shots this time around. She was not happy with the nurse or Dr. Kaplan but she came home and took a long nap and was in a good mood for the rest of the day. Hannah has a busy day ahead. We are off to the pool and tonight she is going to the Marine Corps Parade! Enjoy the pictures.

Hannah can officially roll over from her back to stomach. She has been really close for a week now and this is the farthest she had gotten on Tuesday. On Tuesday night (in the middle of the night) she officially made it all the way over and got her arm un-stuck. Of course, she didn't like it once she was there and woke up 5 times during the night for us to flip her over (and when I say "us" I mean Kyle...I didn't even hear her!). Once she finally rolls over during daylight hours, I'll put a picture up!

Three Months Old

Hannah is three months old today! She didn't have a 3 month checkup at the doctor, but thanks to a recent ear infection we know that she weighs in at 10 lbs 10 ounces, although due to her clothing she looks like she weighs 20 pounds in the pictures! I have come to the conclusion that she hates getting her picture taken with her Pooh Bear each month. She doesn't hate the bear itself, just the combination of the bear and pictures! I really don't weigh 20 lbs. It is just the dress!

Why in the world do you keep putting me by this bear?
